What Drives Me.

Building Bridges And Giving Space.

A Matter of My Heart.

I’m a mother, wife, and expat who has personally navigated many of life’s complexities, including the impact of ADHD within my own family. A major inflection point led me to question my career path and reimagine what I truly wanted. I knew there was more for me to explore.

Today, as a certified ADHD and Life Coach, I’ve found what was missing. I’m endlessly curious about people and passionate about learning. Coaching allows me to bring both together in a meaningful way.

I know how good it is to feel truly understood. That’s why I have trained to be a professional ADHD and Life Coach through two leading ICF-accredited training programs in that field ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and MentorCoach®, that blend evidence-based coaching with the science of positive psychology. I want to serve my clients in the best way following the latest neuroscience and research in this area.

Whether or not you have ADHD, my purpose is to help you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood. You will have my full, undivided attention as we create a supportive space where you can gain clarity around your unique strengths and what you truly want. Together, we will explore practical, actionable strategies to help make life’s challenges feel more manageable and your goals more attainable.

My coaching is grounded in empathy, trust, and a deep commitment to personal growth. I care deeply about raising awareness of ADHD, reducing stigma, and offering practical tools that help people thrive in their personal lives, careers, and beyond. I see myself as someone who bridges the worlds of the neurodivergent and neurotypical, creating space for connection, understanding, and compassion.

Connect

Private Me.

When I’m not coaching, I love exploring new cultures, customs, and cuisines through travel. Time spent in nature helps me recharge and fuels my creativity. Connecting with people, embracing new perspectives, and growing in all aspects of life are passions I bring into every client relationship. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, you don’t have to face it alone. If you think we might fit, I’m here to help you navigate.

Hear how coaching actually works

I joined Lee Kantor on High Velocity Radio to talk about what ADHD really is — and how the right support turns daily overwhelm back into a sense of control. If you'd like a feel for how I think and work before we ever speak, this is a good place to start.

Strength doesn't come from what you can do.
It comes from overcoming what you thought you couldn't.
